PAYMENT INFORMATION 
All orders require a 50% deposit prior to beginning custom imprinting.
The remaining balance is due upon pickup or immediately prior to shipping.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Check, Money Order and Cash. M. Benjamin Designs will accept Purchase Orders from PUBLIC Colleges and Universities, High Schools, Jr. High Schools, Middle Schools, Elementary Schools and other government entities. If you wish to pay by Purchase Order, please see our CREDIT POLICY below.

Tax Exempt Texas Residents: 
If your organization is exempt from paying state sales tax, please include your signed exemption certificate with your order. Without this certificate, we are required by law to charge state sales tax.


CREDIT POLICY

M. Benjamin Designs will accept official Purchase Orders from accredited PUBLIC Universities and Colleges, High Schools, Junior High Schools, Middle Schools, Elementary Schools and other government entities in good standing with our company. All Purchase Orders must be signed by an authorized school official. Merchandise MUST ship to the school address.

Public schools that do not use a Purchase Order system may submit a “Letter of Guarantee” stating that the school is accepting responsibility for payment of the order being provided by M. Benjamin Designs with the total amount including shipping and handling outlined on the “Letter of Guarantee.” The Principal must sign the letter, which must be on official school stationary with the school’s complete address, phone and fax numbers.

In order to begin processing your order, we must have a signed Purchase Order, Letter of Guarantee, or 50% Deposit in hand. Manufacturing begins on the date we receive deposit, Purchase Order or Letter of Guarantee. If your purchase order requires verification, manufacturing will begin on date of verification. Purchase Orders may be faxed (toll free) to 1-866-221-1752 or emailed to orders@mbendesigns.com.

Terms: All approved accounts are Net 30 days upon receipt of goods and/or invoice. Late payments are subject to additional charges.

We will not accept Purchase Orders from the following types of groups/organizations: Public Charter Schools and Academies, Private Schools, Gyms, Sports Clubs or Leagues, or Private Companies.

CHECK POLICY
For faster shipping of your order, please pay with credit/debit card or money order. Orders paid by personal check, cashier’s check or official bank check will be held until cleared by our bank. This may take up to 10 business days.

Please note that this check policy also applies to both your deposit and final payment. If your order is ready to be shipped and final payment has been made with a personal check, cashier’s check or official bank check, the completed order may be held up to 10 business days to ensure that the check has cleared. We encourage you to make final payment with a credit/debit card or money order to avoid delays in receiving your order.

SALES TAX INFORMATION
Texas State Sales Tax is only payable on orders picked up at our location or shipped anywhere in the state of Texas. If your order ships outside of the state of Texas, you are not responsible of paying state sales tax. If your organization is exempt from paying sales tax, you must complete and include a signed exemption certificate with your order. If we do not receive signed exemption certificate from you, we are required to collect state sales tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
Cancellations are not accepted on custom imprinted items once your order has been placed into production. Cancellations once artwork has been created but custom imprinting has not begun will result in a $35 art charge. In the event of cancellation, M. Benjamin Designs will refund your deposit, less $35.

SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) and are subject to UPS shipping charges. You will receive a UPS confirmation email containing the tracking number when your order is completed and shipped from our facility. You may track your package throughout the shipping process using this number. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges.
